Redeem into a Term Loan
If you don't have a Term Loan, you can open one at any Standard Bank branch, via Internet Banking or by completing an application on the Standard Bank website.
Get a Term Loan of up to R300 000 at a fixed monthly repayment amount and term you feel comfortable with. You can choose to repay your loan over 12 to 72 months.

- Your loan is insured, so whatever's owed can be settled in the event of disability, dread disease or death
Once your Term Loan account is opened, you can redeem your Rewards Points either Online on the Standard Bank website, Standard Bank Banking app, or by calling the UCount Rewards Contact Centre on 0860 UCOUNT (82 68 68).
- Sign in to UCount Rewards using your selected username and password.
- Click on the "Online Redemption Portal" tab.
- Click on the "Lending Products" tab.
- Add Term Loan to your basket
- Select your quantity.
- Select 'Deposit in Standard Bank Term Loan'
- Select the Rand equivalent for your redemption.
*IMPORTANT: The minimum amount you can redeem into a Term Loan is 2500 Rewards Points (R250). Redemptions have no limit but must be in increments of 2500 Rewards Points (R250).
