Donate your Rewards Points to charity
Every small donation makes a big difference. Put your Rewards Points to good use and donate them to any of our listed Tekkie Tax charities.
Donating your Rewards Points to one of our listed charities is easy. It can be done via the call centre or by donating your points online:
- Sign in to your UCount Rewards profile using your username and password
- Click on the "Where to Redeem Points" tab at the top and navigate to UCount Rewards Online Redemption portal
- Click on "Gifts & Vouchers" and then click on "Choose your charity"
- Make your donation to your choice of charity

Promotions and Notices
All UCount Rewards services, including the UCount Rewards Add-On on the Standard Bank Banking App will remain accessible.
However, on Tuesday 19 May 2026, between 23:00 and 01:00 on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, you will not be able to issue or redeem any gains from Goals and Gains or in-store vouchers. You will still be able to view and access your Goals and Gains on the UCount Rewards Add-On.

Fraudsters are masquerading as UCount Rewards through phishing emails and smishing SMSs linked to the redemption of Rewards Points. Don't click on any link, open an attachment, provide an OTP or scan any QR codes to redeem your Rewards Points on such email or SMS. Report suspected fraud to 0800 222 050.
