Terms and Conditions for *NEW Netstar vehicle tracking agreements:

  • Rewards Points will only be collected on the Netstar Safe and Sound Plus or Safe and Sound Early Warning system provided the subscription is in your name and the monthly subscription fee is paid by debit order from your Standard Bank personal current account, transactional savings account or credit card.
  • If your debit order is rejected on the first submission, no Rewards Points will be collected for that month.
  • No Rewards Points will be collected if you are in arrears with your Netstar subscription fees.
  • You cannot use your Rewards Points to pay your Netstar subscription fees.
  • If your Netstar subscription expires, you will no longer qualify for Rewards Points however if you upgrade to a Safe and Sound Plus or Safe and Sound Early Warning system you will qualify to collect Rewards Points on your new subscription.
  • The UCount Rewards membership must be activated when the subscription is taken out. Requests to activate the UCount Rewards membership during the term of the subscription will not be allowed.

Terms and Conditions for existing Netstar vehicle tracking agreements:

  • Rewards Points will only be collected if your monthly Netstar subscription fee is paid by debit order from your Standard Bank personal current account, transactional savings account or credit card.
  • Rewards Points will not be collected where your monthly Netstar subscription fee is less than the monthly subscription shown above.
  • No Rewards Points will be collected if you are in arrears with your Netstar subscription fees.
  • You cannot use your Rewards Points to pay your Netstar subscription fees.
  • Rewards Points will only be collected if you sign up for a new Netstar tracking agreement directly with Netstar via their contact centre (number stated above).
  • Current and expiring Netstar vehicle tracking agreements that are renewed do not qualify for Rewards Points.
  • Rewards Points will only be collected where the Netstar subscription is in your name.
  • Please note that it is your responsibility to advise the agent if you are a UCount Rewards member when you sign up for a new Netstar tracking agreement, failure to do so will result in you not collecting Rewards Points
