- Up to 20%* back in UCount Rewards Points on all qualifying spend* rewards based on your Tiering Level, exclusions apply.
- 5% back in UCount Rewards Points on the value of Rewards Points redeemed on all qualifying redemption when paying in-store with your UCount Rewards Card.

Redeeming your Rewards Points at Dis-Chem
You can redeem your Rewards Points at any Dis-Chem store with your activated* UCount Rewards card.
- Simply swipe your UCount Rewards card and enter your PIN.
- If you don't have enough Rewards Points to pay for your purchase in full, you can use your qualifying card to pay the difference.
Or you can redeem your Rewards Points when you shop online at www.dischem.co.za
- To make your purchase, simply enter your UCount Rewards Card details and your 3D SecureCode on the order checkout page.

- You must have enough Rewards Points to pay for your purchase in full, as no part payments can be made.
*If you haven't activated your UCount Rewards Card, you can do this online, or by calling the UCount Rewards Contact Centre on 0860 UCOUNT (82 68 68). To view your Rewards Points balance, sign into your UCount Rewards profile, go on the Standard Bank App, or SMS 'BALANCE' to 45224. SMS costs R1.
Terms and conditions
- *Qualifying Purchases instore excludes baby formulas, feeding bottles, teats, feeding cups with spouts, feeding straws, medication from the dispensary section (whether it’s medication provided to you on prescription or any item processed on a script copy at the dispensary), plastic bags, payments made using the Participating Merchant Vouchers and/or Coupons and payments made with the Rewards Retailers own loyalty card or gift cards.
- Spend at Dis-Chem exceeding 20% of your total card spend will still qualify for Rewards Points at a lower rate of up to 1%* back in Rewards Points depending on your Tiering Level.
- The rand value of Rewards Points that can be earned will be limited to 10 000 Rewards Points (R1 000) per fixed cycle, which runs from the 16th of the month to the 15th of the following month.
- Your Rewards Points cannot be refunded back into your UCount Rewards card if you return goods that were purchased with your Rewards Points - you will be refunded with a Dis-Chem refund voucher in alignment with Dis-Chem’s return policy.
- Redemptions are limited to 200 000 Rewards Points (R20 000) per transaction and/or per month.
- UCount Rewards Points can only be earned and redeemed in South African Dis-Chem stores.
