If you use both rewards points and your Card to pay, the amount will be automatically adjusted at check-out to show the breakdown of your payment (i.e. how much was paid for in rewards points and how much was paid with your Card). UCount Rewards offers convenient door-to-door delivery to any address within the borders of South Africa. Airtime and other ‘virtual redemption’ options will be sent via SMS to the cellphone number you specify when placing your order.
When will I receive my order?
When viewing a product, you’ll find an estimated time when the product will be dispatched from our warehouse. If there are any potential delays, we will contact you.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from the nearest major metropolitan area’s city centre (i.e. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London) to the chosen delivery address:
