About Astron Energy
Astron Energy is a major Southern African fuel supplier and refiner, currently rebranding over 850 Caltex service stations into a new, unified brand. Owned by Glencore, it operates a refinery with a processing capacity of 100,000 barrels per day in Cape Town, has the capacity to manufacture up to 60 million litres of premium lubricants annually from its ISO-certified Durban plant, and boasts a Level 1 B-BBEE rating.
